ORDER:-
The Registrar General , High Court of A.P., Hyderabad, in the letters 3rd and 4th read above, has stated that the Government in the G.O.2nd read above, have accorded sanction for establishment of 66 Courts i.e., 18 Senior Civil Judges Courts and 48 Junior Civil Judges Courts at various places in the State. Among them 22 new courts i.e., 8 Senior Civil Judges Courts and 14 Junior Civil Judges Courts were
established at various places in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

2. The Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has, therefore, requested the Government to issue orders for sanction of Permanent Advance @ Rs.2,000/- each to the newly established 8 Courts of Senior Civil Judge and @ Rs.1,500/- each to the newly established (14) Courts of Junior Civil judge so as to meet the day to day expenditure of the following courts;

Government, after careful examination of the matter in terms of the orders issued vide G.O.,1st and 2nd read above, hereby accord initial sanction of Permanent Advance of @ Rs. 2,000/- each to the above newly established (8) Courts of Senior Civil Judge and @ Rs.1,500/- each to the said newly established 14 Courts of Junior Civil judge so as to meet the day to day expenditure.

4. This order is issued with the concurrence of the Finance (TFR) Department, vide their U.O.No.6676/169/TFR/2014, dated. 05.12.2014.
