2) From the Commissioner, Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad Lr.No.631/PLG-III/2014, dated 23-09-2014.

O R D E R:

In the references 1st and 2nd read above, the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, Telangana, Hyderbad and the Commissioner, Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Telangana, Hyderabad have submitted proposals for up-gradation of
Primary Health Centre, Armoor, Nizamabad District from 30 to 100 bedded Hospital with an estimated cost of Rs.20.79 crores ( recurring Rs.3.29 crores and nonrecurring
Rs.17.50 crores) for providing health services to the people living in Armoor and nearby mandals. At present the PHC which is not sufficient for providing health facilities to the public in and around Armoor.

2. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative sanction for up-gradation of PHC Armoor, Nizamabad District from 30 to 100 bedded Hospital with an estimated cost of Rs.20.79 crores (Rupees twenty crores and seventy nine lakhs only) (Recurring Rs.3.29 crores and Non-recurring Rs.17.50 crores). The approved breakup of above expenditure is summarized
below:- 

(A) Non-Recurring expenditure:
 1) Civil Works - Rs.16.47 crores
 2) Equipment - Rs. 1.03 crores

(As per TMSIDC estimates)

(B) Recurring Expenditure:
           1) Salaries                    - Rs. 2.77 crores(per year)
           2) Drugs, Medicines, - Rs. 0.52 crores(per year)
 Surgicals, Lenin,Diet other
 maintenance charges etc.,
 (as per DPH&FW estimates)

 Grand Total (A+B) Rs.20.79 Crores 

3. The Commissioner, Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take necessary action for Up-gradation of PHC, Armoor, Nizamabad District from 30 to 100 bedded Hospital with immediate effect. The Commissioner, Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Telangana shall prepare plans for the Civil Works and essential equipment required for the Area Hospital in consultation with the Managing Director, Telangana Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation, Hyderabad and ensure their implementation. The Commissioner, TVVP., Hyderabad shall also furnish the
required additional staff particulars in due course for which orders will be issued separately.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.V M&H) Department vide their U.O. No.5244/92/EBS-V/14, dated 01-11-2014.
