ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Additional Director of Prosecutions & Director of Prosecutions (FAC),  Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the references read above, Government hereby entrust the conduct of prosecutions in the following cases in Guntur District, mentioned at column No.2 of the table to the Additional Public Prosecutors mentioned at column No.4 of the below table :

3.	CA.No.42 /2012,XIII Addl. District & Sessions Court, Narsraopet, Guntur District.	The present Addl. Public Prosecutor has filed the said Criminal Appeal prior his appointment as an Advocate	Addl. Public Prosecutor Gr.II, Principal Assistant  Sessions Court, Narsaraopet Guntur  District.
4.	CA.No.6/2012 ,XIII Addl.District & Sessions Court, ,Narsraopet, Guntur Districtt	The present Addl. Public Prosecutor has filed the said Criminal Appeal prior his appointment as an Advocate	Addl. Public Prosecutor Gr.II, Principal Assistant  Sessions Court, Narsaraopet Guntur  District.
5.	CA.No.280/2013,XIII Addl. District & Sessions Court, Narsaraopet, Guntur  District	The present Addl. Public Prosecutor has filed the said Criminal Appeal prior his appointment as an Advocate.	Addl. Public Prosecutor,  Gr.II, Principal Assistant Sessions Court, Narsaraopet Guntur District. .
6.	CA.No256/2013,XIII Addl District & Sessions Court, ,Narsaraopet, Guntur  District .	The present Addl. Public Prosecutor has appeared for the accused prior to his appointment as Addl.PP	Addl. Public Prosecutor, Gr.II, Principal Assistant Sessions Court, Narsaraopet , Guntur  District. . .
