ORDER

In the G.O. read above, orders were issued constituting the Telangana
State Commission for Protection of Child Rights under Section 17 (1) of the
Commission for the Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006).

2.  In pursuance of the provisions under Section 18 of the Commission for
the Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006), Government hereby
constitute the following 3 member Selection Committee for selection of
suitable person to appoint as Chairperson of the State Commission for
Protection of Child Rights.

1. Minister for WCD&SC --- Chairperson
2. Member Secretary, Telangana State Legal Services Authority  --- Member
3. Principal Secretary to Govt.,Deptt., for WCD &SC --- Member Convenor.


3.  The above Selection Committee will make its recommendations to the
Government for selection of suitable person to appoint as Chairperson and
Members of the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (SCPCR), as
per selection criteria prescribed under section 17 (2) of the Commission for the
Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006).
