Colleges for BCs” towards meeting the expenditure up to 4th quarter - Orders

 Read the following:-
1) From the Commissioner, BC Welfare, AP, Hyderabad
 Lr.No.C1/549/2014: dated: 18.12.2014.
 2) G.O Rt No.82, Finance (EBS-III-SW-TW ) Department,
 Dated: 13.1.2015.
Order:-
 In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (EBS-III –SW -TW)
Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of
Rs.7,62,03,000/- (Rupees Seven Crores Sixty Two Lakhs Three Thousand only)
Non-Plan from the B.E provision 2014-15 towards meeting the expenditure up
to 4th quarter including diet charges and salaries to MJPAPBCWREI Society
under the Scheme of “APREI Society for Residential High Schools –cum Junior
Colleges for BCs”
2. Government after careful examination of the matter, here by accord
administrative sanction to the Commissioner Backward Classes Welfare, AP,
Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.7,62,03,000/- (Rupees Seven Crores Sixty Two
Lakhs Three Thousand only) Non-Plan from the B.E. provision 2014-15
under the scheme of “MJPAPBCWREI Society for Residential High Schools cum
Junior Colleges for BCs” towards meeting the expenditure up to 4th Quarter
under the Head of Accounts of 2225-03-277-00-21-310-312 (Rs.3,91,92,000)
other grants in aid which includes diet charges etc. and 2225-03-277-00-21-
310-311 (Rs.3,70,11,000) for assistance towards grants in aid towards salaries
to MJPAPBCWREI Society duly follow the procedure of drawl of funds.
3. The Commissioner, Backward Classes Welfare, A. P., Hyderabad is
directed to draw the amount sanctioned and remit the same into the PD A/c No.
28 of the Secretary, MJPAPBCWREI Society, Hyderabad.

3. The Commissioner, Backward Classes Welfare, AP, Hyderabad shall take
necessary further action in the matter.
4. This order issues in accordance with the orders issued by the Finance
(EBS- III-SW-TW) Department vide G.O.2nd read above.
