1. O.O. Rt. No.3, MW (OP & Budget) Dept., dt. 5.1.2015.
2. From Smt. P. Suvarna Rani, Dy. Secy. to Govt., joining
report dated 5-1-2015.
3. From the Prl. Secretary to Government, Home
Department, Note dated 06-01-2015.

O R D E R:-
Smt. P. Suvarna Rani, Deputy Secretary to Government who is
surrendered by Minorities Welfare Department vide reference 1 st read above,
has reported to duty before General Administration (SC.F) Dept. on the
forenoon of 05-01-2015.
2.  Keeping in view the references second & third read above, the
following transfers and postings are ordered with immediate effect:-
(i) Smt. P. Suvarna Rani, Deputy Secretary to Government on
surrender by Minorities Welfare Department is posted to Skills
Development  Entrepreneurship  &  Innovation  Department
alongwith the vacant post of Joint Secretary to Government
existing in General Administration Department till a new post is
created in Skills Development Department.
The period from 05-01-2015 A.N. i.e., the initial reporting
of the individual in this Department for issue of posting orders to
the date of her admission in the posted Department be treated
as duty in terms of Rule 9 (6) (b) (13) of Fundamental Rules”.
(ii) Sri G. Kannam Das, Deputy Secretary to Government, Home
Department is transferred and posted to Higher Education
Department vice Sri K. Satyanarayana Rao, Joint Secretary
transferred.
(iii) On transfer, Sri K. Satyanarayana Rao, Joint Secretary to
Government is posted to Minorities Welfare Dept. against
the existing vacancy.
(iv) The Home Department are informed that suitable substitute will
be posted in due course.
3.  The Departments concerned are requested to relieve the above
officers  immediately  by  making  officiating  arrangements  wherever
necessary, so as to enable them to join in the new assignment.
