O R D E R:
In the G.O. 1 st to 7 th read above, Government have issued orders for
providing of concessional Bus Passes to the State Government Employees
shall be 2/3 rd of the cost of the general buss pass rate and the remaining
1/3 rd cost shall be borne by the employees.
2.  In the reference 8 th read above, the Vice Chairman & Managing
Director, A.P.S.R.T.C., Hyderabad has stated that in view of bifurcation of
State from 02.6.2014, Corporation has to raise the 2/3 rd cost of the NGO Bus
passes issued to the employee of the respective States. Therefore, the
A.P.S.R.T.C has requesting the Government to accord approval for the
following proposals so as to implement from November, 2014.
i)  The Government of Andhra Pradesh is requested to issue a
directive to the concerned head of the Department of A.P.
Secretariat to arrange to certify the requisite NGO Bus Pass
Application Form of those NGOs who desires to avail NGO Bus
Pass to travel in Greater Hyderabad.
ii)  To reimburse 2/3 rd cost of NGO Bus Passes issued to the
employees working in the Secretariat.
3.  Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accept the
proposal of the Chairman & Managing Director, A.P.S.R.T.C., Hyderabad at
Para-(2) above.
4.  All the Departments of Secretariat / Heads of Departments in twin
cities are requested to take necessary action.
5.  This order issued with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.I) Department
vide their U.O.No.6147/168/A1/EBS.I/14, dated 02.12.2014.
