ORDER:
In the reference first read above, Smt. G.S.Thara Devi, Accounts Officer while working in the office of the Project Director, District Rural Development Agency, Srikakulam was transferred and posted as Accounts Officer, office the
Project Officer, Rajiv Vidya Mission, Ananthapur during the general transfers 2014. The officer was not joined at Ananthapur after relieving from the Office of the Project Director, District Rural Development Agency, Srikakulam as she went on leave and continuing in leave till to date.

2.  In the reference third read above, the Officer on Special Duty to Hon’ble Minister for Finance, Andhra Pradesh, has enclosed the letter of Hon’ble MLA, Sri K.Kalavenkata Rao, Etcherla Constituency, Srikakulam District wherein it is
requested that Smt. G.S.Thara Devi may be posted as Accounts Officer in Rashtriya Madhyamika Siksha Abhiyan, office of the District Educational Officer, Vizianagaram on humanitarian grounds.

3.  In the reference fourth read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has informed the Government that there is no regular vacancy available in the category of Assistant Director/District
Treasury Officer/Accounts Officer and requested the Government to post Smt.G.S.Thara Devi, as Accounts Officer, office of the District Educational Officer, Rashtriya Madhyamika Siksha Abhiyan, Vizianagaram as the post of Accounts officer is fell vacant due to transfer of Sri Sob John, Assistant Accounts Officer to District Treasury, Visakhapatnam during general transfers 2014.

4.  Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to post Smt. G.S.Thara Devi, as Accounts Officer, office of the District Educational Officer, Rashtriya Madhyamika Siksha Abhiyan, Vizianagaram for a period of one year on usual Foreign Service terms and conditions stipulated in G.O.P.No.10, Finance and Planning (FW.FR-II) Department, dt.22.01.1993, duly relaxing para 5(iv) of G.O.Ms.No.2 Finance (FR.II) Department, dt.02.01.2010.

5.  The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly.
