In continuation of the orders read above and in the circumstances
reported in the reference 6th read above the Government after careful
examination hereby permit the Director General, Telangana Special Protection
Force, Telangana State to extend the medical facilities to the Special Protection
Force personnel and their dependent parents of the Telangana SPF members,
and authorise the Secretary, Aarogya Bhadratha Telangana to submit the bills in
respect of Telangana Special Protection Force Personnel and their family
members directly to the Director of Medical Education for scrutiny as well as
determination of admissible amounts for reimbursement of medical expenses on
a centralized basis at Hyderabad to overcome any audit objections in the matter
and also to pay the eligible reimbursement amount directly to the Secretary,
Aarogya Bhadratha on an undertaking of the employee that he shall not prefer
claim for the treatment of his parents under the Scheme.
2 The Director General, Telangana Special Protection Force, Telangana State
shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
3 This order issued with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide
their U.O.No.4950/187/A2/EBS.V/2015, dated: 5-5-2015.
