O R D E R:-

       In the circumstances reported by the Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter read above, Government after examination hereby permitted the Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad to deposit the total amount received through online for recruitment of Assistant Professors in any Nationalized Bank in the name of the Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad.

2. The Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad is also permitted to pay the charged expenditure of Rs.3,92,614-00 (Rupees three lakhs ninety two thousand six hundred and fourteen only) to NIC, New Delhi by way of one of the payment method as required by them.  He is also permitted to utilize the other incidental expenditure of Rs.2,00,000-00 (Rupees two lakhs only) from the funds received through the recruitment of Assistant Professors.

3. The Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
