The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated:26.12.2015.

                                 Notification

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 67 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1998 (Central Act 59 of 1988), the Government hereby make the following amendment to the Notification issued in the G.O Ms No.16, Transport Roads & Buildings (Tr.II) Department, dated: 03.02.2003, published in the Extraordinary issue of the A.P. Gazette, dated the 3rd February, 2003:-

                                    AMENDMENT

In the said Notification under the heading NOTE in TABLE-“A” after point (V) the following shall be inserted:

a) for special services operated on special occasions- means any

extra operation of service over and above the schedule services to meet the increased passenger travel need and demand of public during the occasions like weekday, weekend, peak days, festivals (like Deepavali, Dasara and Sankranthi etc) on or Fairs, Jatharas and Urs, etc.,

b) To collect up to a maximum of one and half times the passengers  fare prevalent for different types of services (Viz Express, Deluxe, Super Luxury, Garuda, Garuda Plus, Indra and Vennela) at the time of operation of special services during the Special Occasions.
