Government
have launched ‘Janma Bhoomi Maa Vooru’ in campaign mode in all Gram Panchayats
and Municipal Wards in the State and the 1st round of the Programme
was commenced on 2nd October 2014 to 20th October 2014
and 2nd round of the programme during 3rd – 7th
June, 2015. Now, the Government have
decided to take up 3rd round ‘Janma Bhoomi – Maa Vooru’ Programme
from 2nd January 2016 to 11th January, 2016.
2. In
order to have effective conduct of the programme, Government has decided to
depute Senior Officers as Officers Incharge for each Revenue Division. The list
of the Officers alongwith allotted Revenue Division is annexed to this order.
3. The
allotted Officers have to stay in the Revenue Division assigned to them, during
the entire period of Janma Bhoomi.
Everyday during the Janma Bhoomi, they will intensively participate in
the ‘Janma Bhoomi Maa Vooru’ Programme, duly concentrating on the priority
areas of Janma Bhoomi. The detailed
guidelines and other related material will be sent to the deputed Officers by
the Planning Department. The officers
should go through the material well in advance.

Pandey, IFS, Addl.Secy., Planning Department.
4. After
completion of Janma Bhoomi, all the Officers Incharge of Revenue Divisions
shall attend the Conference convened by Chief Secretary on 13-1-2016 at 11 AM in L-Block, Conference
Hall. During the Conference, the
Officers would give their feedback regarding their participation and experience
of the ‘Janma Bhoomi Maa Vooru’ Programme.
Their feedback will be extremely valued.
The valuable suggestions and feedback received during the Conference
will be analyzed and incorporated in Janma Bhoomi guidelines to make the ‘Janma
Bhoomi Maa Vooru’ Programme more effective and also for any policy changes in
the implementation of Government Programmes.

Government
have launched ‘Janma Bhoomi Maa Vooru’ in campaign mode in all Gram Panchayats

The
main theme of the current round in Janma Bhoomi is Smart Village - Smart Ward
towards Smart Andhra Pradesh in all Gram Panchayats / Municipal Wards in the
Municipal Corporations.
During
the 10 days of Janma Bhoomi, all the field functionaries, District Level
Officers will be conducting Janma Bhoomi Maa Vooru Programmes in all the Gram
Panchayats and Urban local bodies. For
awareness creation and active participation of the citizens in the Janma Bhoomi
Programme, the Government has constituted the Janma Bhoomi Committee at the
District / Mandal / Municipality / GP / Ward Levels vide the G.O. 2nd
cited above. The Committees will ensure
effective coordination between Government functionaries, partners of Smart
Village – Smart Ward and citizens in all the welfare and developmental schemes
of the Government.
Government
has in the order 1st cited have assigned roles and responsibilities
to the Janma Bhoomi Committee for the social security pensions. In the reference 3rd cited, the Government has issued orders
involving the Janma Bhoomi Committee for verification of eligibility under NTR
Housing and IAY Housing Programmes. In
the reference 4th cited, the Government has issued orders
associating the Janma Bhoomi Committee for association in the Neeru Chettu
Programme. The Janma Bhoomi Committee is
playing a pivotal role in creating awareness in all the development and welfare
programmes of the Government. Hence, it is felt that they must be effectively
trained and motivated to take up the enormous responsibilities casted upon
them.
Hence,
Government has decided to conduct One Day Training Programme on 30th
December, 2015 at 10AM at all the Mandal Headquarters and Municipalities for
all the members of Janma Bhoomi Committee.
The Programme will be conducted by MPDOs/Municipal Commissioners for
sensitizing the Janma Bhoomi Committee members which will facilitate and
motivate the members to actively participate in the current round of Janma
Bhoomi. The training programme shall cover all the aspects in detail mentioned
in the paras above.
The
District Collectors are requested to effectively arrange to conduct the
training programme by involving all the Mandal/Municipality Level Officers
level under the guidance of senior level district officers in conducting the
Janma Bhoomi Programme. The respective MPDOs/Municipal Commissioners will be
the overall incharge of this Training Programme in their respective
jurisdictions.
