Dec, 2017 onwards – Orders issued.

MoP&NG, New Delhi.

O R D E R:
Government have issued orders in the reference 1st read above
revising the scale of distribution of PDS Kerosene oil to the BPL
cardholders of Non-LPG and LPG connection holder with a view to keep
the uniformity in the scale of distribution in the entire State, while
taking into account of the allocation being received from Government
of India as indicated below:

Municipal Corporations (Non-LPG) : 2 ltrs
Municipalities/Mandal Headquarters (Non-LPG) : 2 ltrs
Rural Areas (Non-LPG) : 1 ltr
LPG/Deepam connection card holders(in all areas) : 1 ltr

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Government of India have
reduced the Kerosene quota from 9072 KLs to 8184 KLs, which is not
sufficient to meet the requirement of Kerosene as per the above scales of
distribution.

3. Government after careful examination of the proposal of the
Commissioner of Civil Supplies and in view of the reduction in the PDS
Kerosene Oil allocation by the Government of India, considers the
request for revision in the scale of distribution of PDS Kerosene and in
partial modification of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above,
order for adoption of the following scale of distribution to all the BPL
Cards holders from Dec’2017.

Municipal Corporations (Non-LPG) : @ 1 ltr. per card per month
Municipalities & Mandal Headquarters (Non-LPG) : @ 1 ltr. per card per month
Rural Areas (Non-LPG) : @ 1 ltr. per card per month
LPG/Deepam connection(in all areas) : @ 1 ltr. per card per month

4. The Commissioner of Civil Supplies shall take necessary action for
implementation of the above uniform scale of distribution to all the BPL
cardholders (both LPG & Non-LPG) from Dec, 2017 onwards in the entire
State.

5. All the Collectors/Chief Rationing Officer, Hyderabad, shall follow
the above orders scrupulously and issue suitable instructions to all the
concerned for taking necessary action in the matter.
