From the Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, Telangana State, Hyderabad,
Lr.Rc.No.87/MBP/KCR Kit/2017, Dated: 31.08.2017.
ORDER:-
In the circumstances explained by the Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare,
Telangana, Hyderabad in the reference read above, Government after careful examination of the
matter, hereby constitute the following High Power Committee and Technical Committee for
quality assurance of KCR Kits.
High Power Committee
1 Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, Telangana State,Hyderabad Chairman
2 Managing Director, TSMSIDC Member Convener
3 Special Officer, KCR Kit, O/o Commissioner of Health &
Family Welfare, Telangana State, Hyderabad Member

2. The High Power Committee shall be entrusted with the following functions related to KCR
Kits.

1. To take suitable action on the recommendations of Technical Committee on the
quality of items of KCR Kits including the recoveries proposed or on the proposals for
rejection of items etc.
2. Shall take action on imposition of Liquidated damages for late supply of KCR Kits.
3. Any other matter put forth by the Technical Committee.
4. Any other matter that may arise in future related to KCR Kits.

 Technical Committee
1 Executive Engineer (Equipment), O/o. MD, TSMSIDC, Hyderabad Convener
2 Executive Engineer, TSMSIDC Division, Hyderabad Member
3 Assistant Director, Power loom Service Centre, O/o the Textile
Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, GOI, 4th Floor CGO Towers,
Kavadiguda, Hyderabad - Member
4 Representative of TSCO, nominated by V.C & MD, TSCO,Hyderabad - Member

3. Both the above Committees shall check the quality aspects of all the items of the KCR
Kits including levy of fine / Penalty/ rejection of material in case of substandard supply by the firm.

4. The Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, Telangana State, Hyderabad and the
Managing Director, Telangana State Medical Services Infrastructure Development Corporation
(TSMSIDC) shall take further necessary action accordingly.
