ORDER:
In compliance to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India Order dt:18.02.2016 in Civil Appeal No.4142 of 2004 and Order dt:14.07.2017 in Contempt Petition (C) No.770/2016, the panels for promotion to the post of Superintending Engineers have been placed before the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC).
2. Accordingly, the eligible Engineers have been promoted as Superintending Engineers in the reference 3rd  read above as recommended by the DPC.
3. As per the finalised Seniority List and orders issued for promotion as Superintending Engineers in the reference third read above, the following Engineers are not found to be within zone of consideration for the promotion to the posts of Superintending Engineers, though, they are currently working as I/c. Superintending Engineers:

4. In view of the above circumstances, the Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby direct the Officers mentioned in para 3 above to get themselves relieved from their In-charge arrangements immediately and report to the Government for further posting orders.
5. The Engineer-in-Chief (AW), Water Resources Department, AP, Vijayawada shall take further necessary action accordingly.
