Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated:02.03.2012.

Commissioner of Printing Stationary and Stores, Purchase, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad is requested to furnish (50) copies of the notification to the
Government
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) read with sub-section (3) of Section 62-A of the Andhra Pradesh
Municipalities Act, 1965, (Andhra Pradesh Act No. 6 of 1965) and in partial
modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 42, MA & UD (Elec.I)
Dept., dated: 25.01.2011, the Government of the Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint
Sri K.S. Rama Rao, Special Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, Handri Niva Sujala
Sravanthi-II, Ananthapur as Special Officer to the Guntakal Municipality with effect
from 02.03.2012 to exercise the powers, perform the duties and discharge the
functions of the Council, the Chairperson and the Committees referred to under
Sections 43 and 74 of the said Act during the extended period of such officer
or until the elected members assume charge whichever is earlier.
