ORDER:
In the reference 4th read
above, The Commissioner of Social Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad has requested the
Government to accord permission to appoint (23) DPOs & (23) DEOs for 23
District Offices on outsourcing basis as per Government rules in force and
provide budget to pay remuneration from the budget allocated under Post-Metric
Scholarships Head of Account as given below, the amount will be incurred
towards outsourcing personnel on creation of new Head:
2225-01-MH(11)-SH(03)-“300 Other
Contractual Services”

after careful examine, hereby order to appoint 23 Nos. DPOs & 23 Nos. DEOs
for 23 District Offices on outsourcing basis.

of Finance (SMPC.II) Department vide their U.O.No.16215-A/523/A1/SMPC.II/11,
