In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Telangana, Hyderabad, in the reference 2nd read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby constitute the following

Technical Tender Committees for procurement of various agricultural inputs and Farm Machinery in Telangana State for supply to the farmers on subsidy under various schemes from 2014-15 and thereafter:

I. All types of Seeds:

1. VC & MD, TSSDC .. Chairman

2. Joint Secretary, Finance Department .. Member

3. Deputy Secretary to Govt.(A&C) .. Member

4. VC & MD, OILFED .. Member

5. MD, MARKFED .. Member

6. MD, HACA .. Member

7. Director, TSSCA .. Member

8. Director SRTC, ANGRAU .. Member

9. Commissioner of Agril, Marketing(Nominee) Member

10. Addl.Director of Agriculture (Seeds) .. Member

11. Regional Manager, NSC .. Member

12. Chief Accounts Officer, O/o C&DA .. Member

Further the VC & MD, TSSDC, will be the convener for finalization of floating of tenders.

II. All types of Fertilizers, micro-nutrients and Bio-Fertilizers:

1. MD, MARKFED .. Chairman

2. MD, AGROS .. Member

3. Joint Secretary, Finance Department .. Member

4. Deputy Secretary to Government (A&C) .. Member

5. Addl. Director of Agriculture (Fertilizers) .. Member

6. Principal Scientist, ANGRAU .. Member

7. Chief Accounts Officer, o/o C&DA .. Member

Further the MD, MARKFED, will be the convener for finalization of floating of tenders.

III. Plant Protection Chemical, Rodent Control, PP Equipment’s and Bio-Pesticides/Agents:

3. Deputy Secretary to Government (A&C) .. Member

4. Addl. Director of Agriculture (PP) .. Member

Further the MD, AGROS, will be the convener for finalization of floating of tenders.
