In
the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P.,
Hyderabad in the references 2nd and 3rd read above,
Government have examined the matter and hereby ratify the action taken by the
Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Hyderabad vide his Memos
No.Ser.I-2/9402/2015, dated 14-8-2015 and Ser.II-2/5028/2014, dated 14-8-2015
wherein he directed the Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education,
Rajahmundry, East Godavari District for retention of Smt. M.Nirmala Kumari,
Principal, Government Junior College, Eluru, West Godavari District in the
present station and Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education, Kadapa
for retention of Sri Y.Muni Reddy, Junior Lecturer in Botany,
B.R.Govt.Jr.College(Boys), Punganur, Chittoor District in the present station
on medical grounds duly relaxing the orders issued in the reference 1st
read above.
2. The
Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary
action in the matter accordingly.
