O R D E R

       It has been brought to the notice of the Government that a first year Intermediate students Kum. P.Nandini, D/o M.Subba Rao and Kum.C.Manisha Reddy, D/o Bala Krishna Reddy have committed suicide on 17-8-2015 in the Hostel Room No.103 of Narayana Junior College, Kadapa.  In this context, Government hereby constitute Three Men Committee with the following members to enquire into the matter.

(1)      Prof.Smt.P.Vijaya Lakshmi, Registrar, Sri Padmavathi Mahila University, Tirupathi.

(2)      Sri P.Manikyam, Additional Secretary & Controller of Examinations, Board of Intermediate Education, A.P., Hyderabad, A.P.

(3)      Smt.S.Sulochana, District Revenue Officer, Kadapa

2.    The Committee is requested to submit their report within (3) days from the date of order to take further action in the matter.  Report must include assessment of action taken and recommendation on further action to be taken in specific case and also to prevent such incidents in future.
