ORDER:
In the G.Os 1st to 3rd read above orders have been issued to provide Personal Assistants to MLAs on deputation up to the Cadre of Senior Assistants subject to certain conditions mentioned therein.

2. In the reference 5th to 7th read above certain Members of Legislative Assembly have requested to appoint Personal Assistants to them in relaxation of existing rules. 

3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to the District Collectors concerned for appointment of the following employees as Personal Assistants to the following Hon’ble MLAs on deputation basis, in relaxation of orders issued in the GOs 1st to 4th read above, as detailed below:

4. The District Collectors Anantapuramu and Nellore shall take necessary action accordingly.
