 In the circumstances reported in the reference 4th  read above, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for the following posts in the O/o. the Hon’ble Chief Minister
in the CMO so as to utilize the services of the individuals in the posts on out-sourcing basis on payment of fixed remuneration prescribed with effect from the dates as
mentioned against each post as detailed below: 

2. The sanction accorded for the above posts are co-terminus, with the term of C.M.

3.  The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “ 2052-Secretariat General Services – MH 090 Secretariat – SH-05-Personal staff attached to the Ministers
– 300 – Other contractual services”

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (HR-I) Dept, vide their U.O. No.7491/182/A3/HR-I/2014, dt. 09-10-2014.
