O R D E R:
 In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health &
Family Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in her letter 2nd read above, the Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby permitted to transfer Smt. A. Satyavani, Staff Nurse, Primary Health Centre, Kotananduru, East Godavari District (Zone.II) and   Smt. Sheik Rizwana, Staff Nurse, RIMS, Srikakulam (Zone.I) on mutual basis under para 5(2)(d) of the Presidential Order and  subject to condition that they should take last rank in the cadre of Staff Nurse, next below the last regular candidate in the new unit of appointment.

2. The individuals are not entitled for Transfer Traveling Allowance
(TTA) / DA, joining time etc. as the transfer is effected on their own
request.

3. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action, accordingly. HM&FW Deptt., - Public Services – Smt. I. Neeraja, Staff Nurse, Community Health  Center, P. Gannavaram, East Godavari District (Zone.II) and Smt.P. Samrajya Kumari, Staff Nurse, RIMS, Srikakulam (Zone.I) transferred on mutual basis  – Orders – Issued.

O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health &
Family Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in her letter 2nd read above, the Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby permitted to transfer Smt. I. Neeraja, Staff Nurse , Community Health  Center, P. Gannavaram, East Godavari District (Zone.II) and Smt.P. Samrajya Kumari, Staff Nurse, RIMS, Srikakulam (Zone.I) on mutual basis underpara 5(2)(d) of the Presidential Order and  subject to condition that they
