ORDER:
Whereas it has been made to appear that Sri Abdul Haeez, Deputy Executive
Engineer(Retd), Guntur Municipal Corporation has committed misappropriation of
Government funds in making purchase of vehicles, office equipment, machinery etc in
Municipal Corporation, Guntur.
2. Now, therefore, sanction is accorded under sub-clause (i) of clause (b) of sub
rule (2) of Rule 9 of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to initiate departmental
proceedings against the said Sri Abdul Hafeez, Deputy Executive Engineer(Retd),
Guntur Municipal Corporation, as he retired from service on 30.06.2013.
3. It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings shall be conducted
in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil
Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991.

It is proposed to hold an enquiry against Sri B.Veeraiah, Assistant Engineer,
Guntur Municipal Corporation in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20
of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991.
2. The substance of the imputations of misconduct or misbehavior in respect of
which the inquiry proposed to be held is set out in the enclosed statement of articles of
charges in Annexure I and II. A list of documents by which and a list of witnesses by

It is proposed to hold an enquiry against Sri P.Kalyan Rao, Assistant Engineer,
Guntur Municipal Corporation in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20
of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991.
2. The substance of the imputations of misconduct or misbehavior in respect of
which the inquiry proposed to be held is set out in the enclosed statement of articles ofcharges in Annexure I and II. A list of documents by which and a list of witnesses bywhom, the articles of charges proposed to be sustained are also enclosed in annexure
