O R D E R:
In the letter first read above, the Head of the Department, Animal Husbandry Department, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, among other things has requested the Government to sanction and release an amount of 5,10,38,000/- (Rupees Five Crores Ten Lakhs Thirty Eight Thousands only ) towards meeting the expenditure for implementation of Foot & Mouth Disease Control Programme (FMD-CP) during the year 2014-15. This department supports the proposal and referred to Finance Department for issue of Budget
Release Order.

2. In the reference second read above, the Finance (EBS –II A- C-AHFCS-E) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 5,10,38,000/- (Rupees Five Crores Ten Lakhs Thirty Eight Thousands only )Plan from the Budget Estimate provision 2014-15, towards meeting the expenditure for implementation of Foot & Mouth Disease Control Programme (FMD-CP) during the year 2014 – 15, as per the release of Government of India

3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 5,10,38,000/- (Rupees Five Crores Ten Lakhs Thirty Eight Thousands only ) Plan from the Budget Estimates provision 2014-15 towards meeting the expenditure for implementation of Foot & Mouth Disease Control Programme (FMD-CP) during the year 2014 – 15.
4 The amount sanctioned in Para (3) above, shall be debited to the following Head of Accounts:

5) The procedure for drawal of funds sanctioned in Para (3) above and as detailed in Para (4) above is as shown under Column (4) of the Statement in the Para (4) above and the concerned DDO shall be Drawing Officer.

6) The Head of the Department, Animal Husbandry Department, A.P. Hyderabad shall
take necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
