O R D E R:-
 In pursuance to the orders issued, appointing Sri K.Ranganatham as Advisor to the Secretary to Government, Energy Department in the reference cited, Government hereby issue the following terms and conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :
a) The remuneration, allowances and expenditure towards other facilities would be met out of funds available under Project management in Deen Dyal Upadhya Gram Jyoti Yojna (DDUGJY) and Integrated Power Development Schemes of Government of India.

b) Expenditure towards the above would be paid initially from the funds of APSPSDCL and later on the total remuneration would be shared equally (50 : 50) by both the DISCOMs, after receipt of funds from Government of India.

2. The CMD., APSPDCL shall take necessary action accordingly.
