          1. Govt. Memo. No. 2199/B/A2/2014, BCW Dept., dated: 25.11.2014.

          2. From the VC & MD(FAC), A.P.B.C.C.F.C. Ltd., Hyd Lr.No. 883/B/2014, Dated: 6.12.2014.

ORDER :-

          Government have allocated funds of Rs.25.00 Crores (Rupees Twenty Five Crores only) in the B.E. 2014-2015 for the welfare of Brahmins.  To utilize these funds for the welfare of Brahmins, it is proposed to incorporate a  Corporation with a specific mandate of the welfare of this community and the budgetary provision is  to be  transferred to the above proposed quasi-governmental organization with a mandate for Welfare of Brahmins in coordination with the concerned line departments.

2.      Accordingly, in the Memo first  read above,  Government have issued orders proposing certain names to the Corporation to be incorporated and  to be applied to the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for availability of name.  Government also nominated (7) Seven signatories to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and also proposed (3) Three Directors towards the incorporation of the proposed company.   Smt. A. Vani Prasad, IAS., Vice-Chairman & Managing Director (FAC), Andhra Pradesh Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad was authorised to sign and submit necessary forms for name availability and matters incidental in the formation of the proposed corporation to the Registrar of Companies for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

3.      In the letter second  read above, the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director (FAC), Andhra Pradesh Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad has communicated the “Certificate of Incorporation” issued by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government  of India.

4.      The Registrar of Companies,  Hyderabad, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of  India have issued “Certificate  of Incorporation” by  incorporating the Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation Limited under the provisions of the  Companies

            Act, 2013 on the 5^th day of December, 2014 duly specifying the

            company is limited by shares.

5.       In view of the above, Government hereby issue the following

                      orders with immediate effect  :-

         

(i)      The name of the Corporation is  “The Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation Limited ”.

                                                                    

(ii)     The Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation Limited should be a wholly owned enterprise of the Government of Andhra Pradesh and be registered with an authorised capital of Rs.25,00,00,000/-,  consisting  of 2,50,00,000 shares of Rs. 10/- each.    The corporation would be capitalised by the Government  as per the needs of the entity and its activities.

(iii)    The first Ex-officio Chairman, Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation Limited  shall be as under:

            Sri M. Dana Kishore, IAS., Secretary to Government, Backward Classes Welfare Department, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

 (iv)   The first Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and the Director of the Corporation  shall be as under :-

                     Smt. A. Vani Prasad, IAS.,  Commissioner of Backward

                       Classes Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

          (v)     The first subscribers to the Memorandum of Association

                     will be as under :-

                    (1) Sri M. Dana Kishore, IAS.,   Secretary to Government,

                                        Backward Classes Welfare  Department.

                   (2)  Ms. Hema Munivenkatappa, IA & AS., Special

                               Secretary to Government, Finance Department.

                   (3)  Sri T. Narayana Reddy, Secretary to Government 

                             I/c.,   Law Department.

                   (4)  Smt. A. Vani Prasad, IAS., Commissioner, Backward

                               Classes Welfare.

                   (5)  Smt. Y.V. Anuradha, IAS., Commissioner,

                             Endowments.

                   (6)  Smt. G. Raja Pushpa, Deputy Secretary to

                             Government,Backward Classes Welfare Department.

                   (7)  Sri K. Sivasankara Rao, Section Officer, Backward

                             Classes Welfare Dept.

          (vi)    The first Directors to the Memorandum of Association

                     will be as under:-

                   (1)  Sri M. Dana Kishore, IAS.,   Secretary to Government,

                                        Backward Classes Welfare  Department.

                   (2)  Ms. Hema Munivenkatappa, IA & AS., Special

                                Secretary to Government, Finance Department.

                   (3)  Smt. A. Vani Prasad, IAS., Commissioner, Backward  

             Classes Welfare.

          (vii)   The Memorandum of Association and Articles of

                       Association for Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare

                       Corporation Limited are hereby approved.

          (viii) The Corporation  would be located in the O/o. Vice

                     Chairman & Managing Director,  Andhra Pradesh

                     Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation

                      Limited,  at D.S.S. Bhavan ,  Masab Tank , Hyderabad.

6.      The Managing Director  &  Chief Executive Officer,   Andhra

           Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation Limited, Hyderabad

           shall take further necessary action in the matter.
