ORDER:-

In the reference 1 st read above, Government have published the final state-wide integrated seniority list of Deputy Superintendents of Police (Civil) consisting 2119 members.

2. In the reference 2 nd read above, the Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, has informed that due to revision of seniority in the rank of Inspector of Police (Civil) due to setting aside of punishments etc., eight ( 8 ) members became eligible for notional seniority in the category of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Civil), as per the recommendations of the Review DPC meeting held on 27.10.2014, and their names are to be included in the final seniority list of Deputy Superintendents of Police (Civil) published vide G.O. 1 st read above, on par with their juniors.

3. The Government have agreed the proposal of the D.G.P., AP., Hyderabad, and accordingly, in the reference 3 rd read above, Government have issued show-cause- notices to the affected members calling for their objections, if any, for such revision on or before 6-12-2014 by 5.00 P.M. No objections have been received so far from the affected members to the said show-cause notice.

4. The Government have therefore, decided to confirm the provisional decision already taken and decided to include the names of the eight (8) members in the final state wide integrated seniority list of Deputy Superintendents of Police (Civil) published vide G.O.1^st read above, on par with their juniors.

5. Accordingly, the Government hereby issue the following amendment to the G.O.1^st read above:-

In the Annexure-II of the G.O.Ms.No.108, Home (Ser.I) Department, dated 23.6.2014, the names of the following eight (8) Sl. Nos. with names and particulars are inserted and the existing particulars against Sl.Nos.1501 and 1717 are deleted:
