O R D E R:
 The following notification shall be published in the Extra-ordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated: 30.12.2014. The Commissioner, Printing Stationery & Stores Purchase, AP, Hyderabad is requested to furnish 150 copies of the notification to the Government.

                              NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of section 3 of AP Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.11 of 2014), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the 30th day of December, 2014 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.

ORDER:
The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 has come into force with effect from 30th day of December, 2014 by virtue of notification published in the Extra-ordinary issue Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated:  30.12.2014.

2. The Government have consulted experts in urban development and various public organizations with regard to appropriate location of capital city. The Government have also considered various aspects of location of the capital
keeping in view welfare of the state population, administrative efficiency and accessibility to all corners of the state.

3. The Government in exercise of the powers under sub section 1 of Section 3 of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 hereby notify the areas covering broadly an area of about 7068 Sq. Kms as detailed in the schedule to the notification appended here to, as Andhra Pradesh Capital Region which is meant for development under the provisions of the Andhra
Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act-2014.

4. The appended notification shall be published in the Extra-ordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated: 30.12.2014. The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery & Stores Purchase, Hyderabad is requested to arrange to publish the
said notification accordingly and furnish 150 copies of the notification to the Government.

ORDER:
 The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 has come into force with effect from 30th day of December, 2014 by virtue of notification published in the Extra-ordinary issue Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated :  30-12-2014.

2. The Government have held detailed consultations with the experts of Urban Development, various public organizations and have considered the various aspects of public welfare and accessibility to all part of the state subsequent to such consultations, the Government have decided to locate
capital city area within the capital region declared vide G.O 3rd read above.

3. The Government in exercise of powers under sub section 3 of section 3 of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 hereby notify the areas covering broadly an area of about 122 sq.kms as detailed in the schedule to the notification appended here to, as Andhra Pradesh Capital City area which is meant to development of the state capital under the provision of the Andhra Pradesh Region Development Authority Act, 2014.

4. The appended notification shall be published in the Extra-ordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazettee dated:30-12-2014. The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery & Stores Purchase, Hyderabad is requested to arrange to publish the
said notification accordingly and furnish 50 copies of the notification to the Government.

                          NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Government in the reference 2nd read above, have brought into force the AP Capital Region Development Act, 2014 (Andhra Pradesh Act 11 of 2014). And whereas, the Government in the reference 3rd read above declared
the Capital Region. And whereas, as per Clause 1 of Fourth Schedule of the said Act, the former Authority i.e., Vijayawada Guntur Tenali Mangalagiri Urban Development Authority shall cease to exist with immediate effect. Now
therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of Section 4 of AP Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.11 of 2014), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby constitutes the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority with the following Members as specified in sub-section (2) of section 4 thereof:

a. Chief Minister, Government of Andhra Pradesh ---- Chairman
b .Minister for Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department ---- Vice Chairman
c. Minister for Finance Department ---- Member
d .Chief Secretary to Government ---- Member

g .Principal Secretary Transport Roads & Buildings Department ---- Member

                        NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Government in the reference 2nd read above have brought into force the AP Capital Region Development Act, 2014 (Andhra Pradesh Act 11 of 2014). And whereas, the Government in the reference 3rd read above constituted the AP Capital Region Development Authority. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 6 of AP Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.11 of 2014), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby constitutes the Executive Committee of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority with the following Members as specified in sub-section (4) of section 4 thereof:

1. Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department ---- Chairman
2. Principal Secretary, Finance Department ---- Member
3. Commissioner, Capital Region Development Authority ---- Member Convener

The Government will issue separate orders nominating the other
secretaries or heads of government departments as and when need arises. The executive committee may invite any heads of department of Government or experts as special invites under subsection (2) of section 6.

ORDER:
          The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 has come into force with effect from 30th day of December, 2014 by virtue of notification published in the Extra-ordinary issue Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 30.12.2014.

2.      The Government have constituted Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority as per the provisions contained under sub section 1 of Section 4 of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 vide G.O. 2nd read above, for the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region declared vide G.O  3rd read above. The Government also declared capital city area vide G.O. 4th read above.

 3.      The Government in exercise of the powers conferred under sub section 5 of Section 43 of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 hereby direct the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority to undertake development scheme as provided in chapter IX of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 through voluntary Land Pooling Scheme in the capital city area.
