O R D E R:
In the reference first read above orders were issued nominating
Dr. G.B. Reddy, Associate Professor, University College of Law, Osmania
University, Hyderabad and Dr. S. Indira Devi, Professor, Kakatiya University,
Warangal as Members of the General Council of NALSAR University of Law,
Hyderabad for a term of three years.
2. In the reference second read above, the Registrar, NALSAR
University of Law, Hyderabad has informed that the present term of office of the
General Council will come to end by 26 th  January, 2014 and requested to
nominate  two  persons  from  amongst  distinguished  academicians  or
administrators connected with law and allied disciplines.
3.  The NALSAR University Act, 1998 has been adapted for its
application to the State of Telangana in the reference 3 rd read above in exercise
of the powers conferred under section 101 of the Andhra Pradesh
Reorganization Act, 2014 (Central Act No.6 of 2014).
4. Government after careful examination, hereby nominate Professor
K. Vimala Devi, Senior Faculty, University College of Law, Kakatiya University,
Warangal and Professor S. Dwarakanath, Professor of Law, Osmania University,
Hyderabad as Members of the General Council of NALSAR University of Law,
Hyderabad for a term of three years under section 9 (1) (l) of the National
Academy of Legal Studies and Research University Act, 1998 (Andhra Pradesh
Act 34 of 1998).
