Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Graduates’ constituencies - Utilizing the services of Sri M.A. Fahim Saberi, Joint Chief Electoral Officer (Retired) as Consultant in the office of the Chief Electoral Officer, G. A. (Elections) Department – Orders – Issued.

1. From E.CI.No.37/AP-LC/2014-ERS dt.17.10.2014.
2. G.O.Rt.No.52614 G.A. (Elections.C) Dept.dt.10312.2013.

ORDER:
In the G.O. 2 nd read above, orders have been issued for utilizing the services of Sri M.A. Fahim Saberi, Joint Chief Election Officer (Retd) in General Administration (Elections) Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad as Officer-on-Special Duty with a remuneration of Rs.30,000/- per month for one year i.e., from 01.12.2013 to 30.11.2014.

2. In the letter read above, the Election Commission of India has ordered for revision and preparation of the Electoral Rolls with reference to 01-11-2014 as the qualifying date in respect of Biennial Election to Telangana Legislative Council from Mahabubnagar-Ranga Reddy-Hyderabad Graduates’ and Warangal-Khammam- Nalgonda Graduates’ constituencies.

3. The Election Commission of India has also ordered for Special Summary Revision, 2015 w.r.to. 1.1.2015 as qualifying date in Telangana State.

4. In view of the above, it is decided to utilize the services of Sri M.A. Fahim Saberi, Joint Secretary to Government (Retd.) as Consultant in O/o the Chief Electoral Officer, A.P. & Telangana Hyderabad with a remuneration of Rs.30,000/-
(Rupees Thirty thousand only) per month in addition to his superannuation pension for a period of two months i.e., from 01.12.2014 to 31.01.2015.

5. The expenditure towards remuneration in para 3 above shall be debited to Head of Account 2015 – Elections - M.H. 103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – S.H.(04) Assembly & Parliamentary Constituencies – 280 Professional
Services – 284 Other Payments” and shall be met from out of the funds available in BE 2014-15.

6. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw and credit the amount in favour of Sri M. A. Fahim Saberi, A/c No. 110310025000427, Andhra Bank, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad (IFSC Code ANDB0001103).

7. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as the expenditure will be met from the funds provided in B.E. 2014-2015.
