O R D E R:
 In pursuance of Government of India orders in the letter read
above, the services of Sri Sutirtha Bhattacharya, IAS (85), Chairman &
Managing Director, Singareni Collieries Company Limited are placed at
the disposal of Government of India, Ministry of Coal for appointment as
Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Coal India Limited (CIL ) in
the scale of pay of Rs.80,000 – 1,25,000/- on permanent absorption
basis, with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post
and upto 31.08.2017 i.e., the date of his superannuation, or until
further orders, whichever is earlier.

2. The Member of Service is hereby relieved from the Telangana
Cadre, with immediate effect, so as to enable him to take up his new
assignment. He shall handover charge of the post of Chairman &
Managing Director, Singareni Collieries Company Limited to Sri N.
Sridhar, IAS., Collector and District Magistrate, Ranga Reddy.
