O R D E R:
The following transfers and postings are notified with immediate effect:

1.  Dr. D. Sambasiva Rao, IAS (1986), Principal Secretary to
Government, Municipal Administration & Urban Development, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of the Revenue Department for appointing him as Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, vice Sri M.G.Gopal, IAS (1983) transferred.

Sri M.G.Gopal, IAS (1983) is directed to report to the
Government in General Administration Department for further postings.

2.  Sri A. Giridhar, IAS (1988), Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal  Administration  &  Urban  Development,  vice  Dr. D.Sambasiva Rao, IAS (1986), transferred.

3.  Sri Ajay Jain, IAS (1991), Commissioner, Technical Education, is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, to the newly created Energy, Infrastructure and Investment Department.

Smt. K. Sunitha, IAS (1996), Commissioner, Collegiate
Education is kept in-charge of the post of Commissioner, Technical Education, until further orders.

4.  Sri N. Gulzar, IAS (1999), Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Infrastructure Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (INCAP), is transferred. 

Sri Ajay Jain, IAS (1991), is placed in full additional charge of
the post of Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Infrastructure Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (INCAP), until further orders.

Sri N. Gulzar, IAS (1999) is directed to report to the
Government in General Administration Department for further postings.
