ORDER:
In the G.Os 1st to 3rd read above orders have been issued to provide Personal
Assistants to MLAs on deputation up to the cadre of Senior Assistants subject to certain
conditions mentioned therein.
2. In the reference 5th read above, Dr.Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan,M.V.Sc., MLA.,
Gannavaram, Krisahna District has requested to appoint Sri P.M.Krishna Prasad,
Superintendent, Mandal Prajaparishad, Penuganchiprolu, Krishna District as Personal
Assistant to him in relaxation of existing rules.
3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to
the District Collector, Krishna District for appointment of Sri P.M.Krishna Prasad,
Superintendent, Mandal Prajaparishad, Penuganchiprolu, Krishna District as Personal
Assistant to Dr.Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan,M.V.Sc., MLA., Gannavaram, Krisahna District
on deputation basis, in relaxation of Rules issued in the GOs 1st to 4th read above.
4. The District Collector, Krishna District shall take necessary action accordingly.
