                      NOTIFICATION

 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of
Section 4 of the Telangana Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2002 (Act No.15 of 2002), the Government of Telangana hereby appoints the Commissioner and Inspector-General of Registration and Stamps, Hyderabad as Registrar-General of Marriages in the State.

The following notification shall be published in the Extraordinary issue of the Telangana Gazette.

                          NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of
Section 6 of the Telangana Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2002 (Act No.15 of 2002), the Government of Telangana State hereby appoints the Panchayat Secretaries of the Gram Panchayats in the State as Marriages Officers to perform the functions prescribed under the aforesaid Act and the Rules made there under with Immediate effect.

 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of
Section 4, Sub section 1 of Section 5 and Sub section 1 of Section 6 of the Telangana Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2002 (Act No.15 of 2002), the Government of Telangana hereby appoints the following Officers as follows:-

1) Commissioner and Inspector General of Registrar and Stamps as Registrar General of marriages.

2) District Collector as District Registrar of Marriages of the
concerned district.

3) Gram Panchayat Secretaries as Marriage Officers in concerned Gram Panchayats.

4) Commissioner as Marriage Officers in Municipal Corporation/ Municipalities/ Nagar Panchayats.
