3. From  the  Commissioner  of  Horticulture,  A.P.,  Hyderabad Lr.No.Estt.I(1)/AP/46/2014, dt.9.1.2015.

O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Horticulture, A.P., Hyderabad in the reference 3 rd read above and after careful examination of the proposal Government hereby order to place the services of Sri Ch.Pulla Reddy, Deputy Director of Horticulture and Project Director, APMIP, Kurnool, under the control of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (R.D.) Department on deputation basis for a initial period of 3 years in terms of orders issued in the references 1 st and 2 nd read above.

2.  The Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad and the Project Officer, APMIP, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.

3.  This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force on the subject.
