re-constitution of Monitoring Committee for monitoring and implementation of
Fly Ash Notification in the State – Orders – Issued.

Read the following:-
1. MoEF, GoI, Fly Ash notification S.O. 763(E) dated 14.09.1999 and
amendments thereof.
2. G.O.Ms.No.10, Environment, Forests, Science & Technology (Env)
Department, Dated:16.01.2013.

In the G.O. 2 nd read above, Government have issued notification to
constitute a State Monitoring Committee (SMC) and appointed the Official
Members and the expert Member under the Chairmanship of Spl.Chief
Secretary/Prl.Secretary to Government, Environment, Forests, Science &
Technology Department for monitoring and implementation of provisions of
the Fly Ash Notification in the State with the representatives from Energy,
Industries & Commerce, Roads & Buildings and A.P.State Pollution Control
Board.
2.  During the recent Monitoring Committee Meeting for implementation of
Fly Ash Notification in the State held on 25.11.2014 the Chairman of the
Monitoring Committee, observed that the Asst. Secretaries level officers from
other representative Departments are used to attend the meeting. As a
result, the Monitoring Committee would not able to take any decisions in the
meeting with regard to implementation of Fly Ash Notification and decided that
the Prl.Secretary / Secretary from the Industries & Commerce, Roads &
Buildings Departments are to be nominated as Members in place of Joint
Secretary/Addl. Secretary and modify the orders already issued vide G.O. 2 nd
read above.
3.  Accordingly, the Government hereby re-constitute the State Monitoring
Committee for monitoring and implementation of provisions of the Fly Ash
Notification in the State with the following official Members, in supersession of
the orders issued vide G.O. 2 nd read above.
4.  The following notification shall be published in the next issue of Andhra
Pradesh Gazette:

5.  Under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and Fly Ash notification
dated 14.09.1999 and amendments thereof, the Government of Andhra
Pradesh hereby re-constitute the State Monitoring Committee with the
following members for implementation of Fly Ash Notification in the State, in
supersession of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.10, Environment, Forests,
Science & Technology (Env) Department, dated 16.01.2013.
