ORDER:
In the
reference first read above, orders were issued fixation of fee structure for
MBA &
MCA courses in Private Un-aided Institutes for the academic
years 2013-14 to 2015-16.
2. In the reference second read above, orders have been
issued for change of name from
‘Mother Theresa Educational Society Group of Institutions,
Nunna Village, Vijayawada Rural,
Krishna District’ to “Vikas Group of Institutions, Nunna
Village, Vijayawada Rural, Krishna
District, Andhra Pradesh.
3. In the reference third read above, Principal/Director,
Vikas Group of Institutions, Krishna
District has stated that in the reference 2nd read above, their college name was
changed from
‘Mother Theresa Educational Society Group of Institutions,
Nunna Village, Vijayawada Rural,
Krishna District’ to “Vikas Group of Institutions, Nunna
Village, Vijayawada Rural, Krishna
District, Andhra Pradesh, and requested for issue of
amendment to the G.O. in the reference
first cited, as their College new name was not changed in
the fee fixation orders.
4. Government after careful examination of the matter
hereby issue the following
amendment to G.O.Ms.No.75, Higher Education (EC.A2)
Department, Dt.16.08.2013:-

Dt.16.08.2013 (MBA Course) the following shall be
substituted:-
