2.Representation of the Andhra Pradesh Judicial employees

Association, dated.08.04.2015 and joint Action Committee

Employees, Teachers, Workers and Pensioners.

In the reference 2nd read above, the Joint Action Committee of

Employees, Teachers, Workers and Pensioners and the Andhra Pradesh State

Judicial Employees Association have informed that the Judicial employees had

participated in the strike and continued upto 20.10.2013 and joined duty on

21.10.2013 due to technical reasons. The total strike period of the Judicial

employees was not covered in the orders issued in the reference 1st read above.

The Judicial Employees Association has therefore, requested to regularise the

entire strike period from 19.08.2013 to 20.10.2013 as Special Casual Leave.

2. Government after careful examination of request of the Associations and

in partial modification of orders issued in para 5 of the G.O., 1st read above,

hereby issue the following amendment-

Amendment

The period “13.08.2013 to 17.10.2013” occurring in para 5 of the G.O., 1st read above, shall be read as “13.08.2013 to 20.10.2013”.
