ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, the VC&MD, APIIC has stated that on the
representation filed by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Limited for allotment of land in
Anantapuramu District, the APIIC have already filed the requisitions with the
District Collector, Kurnool for alienation of Acs.784.61 cents of Govt. land and
Acs.4.28 cents of Assigned land meant for providing access to the Govt land from
the BT road passing from Kurnool to Srisailam in Thangadancha Village, Jupadu
Bangalow Mandal Kurnool District. Further, the VC&MD, APIIC has also stated that
M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd, Hyderabad has furnished the DPR on 11-05-2015
for allotment of land at Thangadancha Village, Jupadu Bangalow Mandal, Kurnool
Dist for setting up Integrated Agriculture & Horticulture Park.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, the VC & MD, APIIC Limited has stated that
the District Collector, Kurnool has submitted alienation proposals in his letters
addressed to Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue Department through the
CCLA , wherein it is stated that the market value of the land is Rs.4,50,000/- and
total cost of the land is Rs.28,05,30,000/- for Acs. 623.40 cents. It is also
submitted that as per IDP 2015-2020, the APIIC Limited can allot land to industrial
units on lease for 99 years.
3. In the reference 4th read above, the VC & MD, APIIC Limited has stated that
the Technical Consultant has furnished the land evaluation report keeping in view of
the G.O.Ms.No.571, Revenue (Assn.I) Dept., dt.14.09.2012 and recommended to
consider for the allotment of Acs.743.90 cts of land for establishment of Mega Food
Park Processing Unit in A.P. at Thangadancha Village, Jupadu Bangalow Mandal,
Kurnool District duly furnishing the breakup details for the justification of land. and
he has also stated that in the earlier recommendations, the unit has been
recommended for the allotment of Acs. 758.00 cts and finally it was limited to
Acs.623.40 cts as per the availability of land at Thangadancha Village, Jupadu
Bangalow Mandal, Kurnool District handed over by the Revenue Authorities. He
has also informed that in the meanwhile, the Tahsildar, Jupadu Banglow (M),
Kurnool District has handed over Acs. 623.40 cents to APIIC on 16-11-2015
4. The VC & MD, APIIC Ltd., has therefore requested the Government is
requested to issue necessary orders on the extent of land to be handed over to M/s.
Jain Irrigation System Limited.
5. Government after careful examination of the matter and after due
examination of the report submitted by the VC&MD, APIIC in the reference 4th read
above, hereby accord permission to the APIIC Limited for the allotment of the land
of an extent of Acs.623.40 cents to M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. at
Thangadancha Village, Jupadu Bangalow Mandal, Kurnool District on lease basis for
99 years and for handing over of the same to the project proponent, pending
regular alienation, for the establishment of Integrated Agriculture and Horticulture
Park duly fixing the cost of the land as per the APIIC extant rules and regulations.
6. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Industrial
Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC) shall take necessary action accordingly.
