ORDER:-
                      In the G.O. 3rd read above, Preliminary Notification was issued inviting
objections/ suggestions in enhancing the Financial Powers of the E.O., TTD., from Rs.
5,000/- to 10,000/- in each case by substituting a proviso to rule 158 of the General
Rules, 1990.

2. In the letter 4th read above, the Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams,
Tirupati has stated that no objections/suggestions were received on the
preliminary notification issued in the G.O. 3rd read above and therefore requested to
issue Final Notification in the matter.

3. Government, after careful examination of the matter have decided to issue Final
Notification in the matter.

4. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in an Extraordinary issue
of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated: 26.12.2015.

                                     FINAL NOTIFICATION

n exercise of the powers conferred by section 97 read with section 153 of the
Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987
(Act No. 30/1987), Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Tirumala
Tirupati Devasthanams General Rules, 1990 issued in G.O.Ms.No.311, Revenue (Endts.I)
Department, dated the 9th April, 1990 and published in the Rules Supplement to Part I,
Extraordinary of Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated the 11th April, 1990, and the same
having been previously published as preliminary notification in G.O.Ms. No.136,
Revenue (Endts-III) Department, dt.16.04.2015, and published in the Rule Supplement
to Part-I, Extra- ordinary issue of the A.P Gazette No. 18-A, dated 17th April, 2015, as
required under sub-section (1) of section 153 of the said Act.

                                             AMENDMENT
In the said rules,
Under “CHAPTER-XXI”, in rule 158, for the proviso, the following shall be
substituted, namely:-

“Provided that the expenditure involved in any item in any single case does
not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only)”.
