ORDER:
                     In the Government Order 5thread above, orders were issued for
implementing the NinthPay Revision Commission. The Ninth Pay Revision
Commission reviewed the existingentitlement of Air Travel and
recommended for continuance of the existing norms with referenceto the
corresponding pay scales in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010 and orders were
issued accordingly vide G.O.6th read above.

2. In the Government Order 6thread above, orders were issued for
implementing the TenthPay Revision Commission. The Tenth Pay Revision
Commission reviewed the existingentitlement of Air Travel and
recommended for continuance of the existing norms with referenceto the
corresponding pay scales in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015.

3. Government have, accordingly, decided to revise the scale of pay of
officers foreligibility to travel by air on official duty and hereby order that:

i) All Officers drawing pay in the scale of pay of Rs.66330-108330
(corresponding to Rs.34050-54360) and above shallbe eligible to
perform journey by Air on official duty.

ii) All India Service Officers and all Heads of Departments
irrespective of their scaleof pay shall be eligible to perform
journey by Air on official duty.

iii) Secretary to Government may permit their subordinate officers
upto the level ofDeputy Secretary to Government to travel by Air
on official work to any placeoutside the State keeping in view the
exigencies of work.

iv) Heads of Departments may permit officers not below the rank of
Deputy Directorto travel by Air outside the State if the
exigencies of work warrant such arelaxation.

v) All India Service Officers who are in PB4 with Grade Pay of
Rs.12,000/- andthose in HAG+ and the State Government
Officers drawing pay in the scale ofpay of Rs.87130-110850 are
allowed to travel by Business / Club Class while otherofficers
are allowed to travel by Economy Class in Aeroplanes.

vi) The existing provision of eligibility to travel in A.C. I-Class by
train by such ofthe employees who are eligible to travel by air
shall continue.

4. These orders shall come into force with Immediate Effect.

5. The existing Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Travelling Allowance)
Rules, 1996, andorders issued from time to time thereon shall continue to
apply except as provided for in thisorder.

6. Necessary amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services
(Travelling Allowance)Rules, 1996 will be issued in due course.
