O R D E R:-
In the
G.O.1st read above,
Government have introduced a New Sand
Policy
2016, and in the G.O.2nd read above,
Government have issued orders
amending
the Rule 9 of APMMC Rules, 1966.
2. The
following notification shall be published in the Extra-Ordinary issue of
the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette dt.22.02.2016.
NOTIFICATION
In
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the
Mines
& Minerals (Development & Regulation) Amendment Act, 2015, the
Governor
of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the
orders
issued in G.O.Ms.No.20, Industries & Commerce (M.II) Department,
Dt.15.01.2016
and amendments thereto.

The successful bidder shall obtain Approved Mining Plan, Environmental Clearance and Consent for Establishment not later than 45 days from date of issue of Letter of Intent (LoI). Failure to obtain all clearances
shall result in cancellation of bid
and forfeiture of all amount
and
securities
paid so far.
