ORDER:-

          In the G.O. 2^nd read above, the Government approved the panel of (14) members of Additional Commandants, APSP Bns., fit for adhoc promotion as   Commandants, APSP Bns., for the panel year 2011-2012, subject to directions/outcome of the O.As/W.Ps/W.As/R.Ps/C.As., etc. pending, if any, before the Tribunal/Courts etc.,

2.       In the G.O. 3^rd read above, promotion orders were issued in respect of Sri K.Parameswara Rao at Sl.No.1, as Commandant, APSP Bns., and the Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, was requested to issue posting orders at his level as he was retiring from service on 29.2.2012. 

3.         Now, the Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, vide his letter 4^th read above, as per the Police Establishment Board recommendations submitted proposals for promotion and postings in respect of (7) seven Addl. Commandants, APSP Bns., whose names were included in the panel approved in the G.O. 2^nd read above, as Commandants, APSP Bns.,  

4.       Government in terms of Rule-10 (a) of A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, hereby promote the following Additional Commandants, APSP Bns., included in the panel, as Commandants, APSP Bns., with immediate effects, subject to condition that the commencement of probation in the promoted post will be only after completion of minimum service in the feeder category, as mentioned in the G.O. 1^st read above.

5.       The promotions ordered in para (4) above are purely temporary and are liable to be reverted to the lower post at any time without assigning any reason thereof subject to directions/outcome of O.As/W.Ps/ W.As/R.Ps/C.As., pending, if any, before the Tribunal and Courts.  

6.       On promotion, the following postings are ordered with immediate effect:

5.	G.Vijay Kumar	Addl.Comdt/ Addl.SP, Int. Hyd.	On promotion as Commandant, he is posted as Group Commander, Greyhounds in the existing vacancy
6.	P.Prabhakar	Addl.Comdt., 1st Bn, APSP Hyd.	On promotion as Commandant, he is posted as Commandant, 11th Bn., APSP, Bhakarapet, Kadapa in the existing vacancy

7.       On promotion as Commandant, APSP Bns., Sri T.Arthur, is directed to report before the Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad.  The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, is requested to furnish posting proposals in respect of Sri T.Arthur, as Commandant, APSP Bns., immediately.   The Officers promoted in para-4 above shall join in the promotion posts within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the orders of promotion.  If, they fail to join the new posts within the said time limit or evade to join the posts by proceeding on leave, they shall forfeit their right of appointments both for the present and in future for their promotion posts.  

8.       The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, is requested to take further necessary action in the matter.
