O R D E R

The Revenue Department have informed that the Executive Officer,

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has stated that recently, for the convenience of the pilgrims Seegra Darshan for paid devotees and Photometric Identity System for General Pilgrims were introduced in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and the average pilgrim influx visiting Srivari Temple, Tirumala is around 70,000 per day during normal days and even crossing 1,00,000 during peak seasons and felt that it is essential to create six (6) posts of Deputy Executive Officer in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams for effective supervision and smooth functioning of administration for extending better services to the pilgrims visiting Tirumala/Tirupati. The Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has, therefore, requested to create six (6) posts in the cadre of Deputy Executive Officer in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams to fill them by promotion from the feeder category. The Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams informed that the above proposal was ratified by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Board vide Res. No. 71, dt. 23.08.2010 and also informed that the Scale of pay of the post of Deputy Executive Officer in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is Rs. 21820 – 48160 in Revised Pay Scale, 2010.

2. The Government after careful consideration of the matter hereby accord

sanction for creation of six (6) posts in the cadre of Deputy Executive Officer in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.

3. The Revenue Department shall take further necessary action in the matter

accordingly.
