ORDER:

In the reference read above, the Chairman, State Board of Technical Education and Training and Commissioner of Technical Education, Hyderabad has stated that Government vide Government Memo No.11798/TE.II/2008-2, Higher Education (TE.II) Dept., dated 21-05-2008 have permitted the Chairman, SBTET, Hyderabad and CTE to give one mercy chance to the students to clear their backlog subjects over and above the chances already availed during the stipulated twice the period of course duration. It was also stated in the above said orders that the Government may also consider giving one more mercy chance as last chance to clear the  backlog subjects over and above all the chances availed by students purely on merit basis and that no further chances shall be granted to clear the backlog subjects after that. Hence he has requested to accord 2nd mercy chance to be given by Government for the following batches of students of C-00, C-05 & ER- 91 Schemes.

2. The Government after careful examination in the matter, hereby permit the Chairman, SBTET and CTE, Hyderabad to conduct an examination for 2nd Mercy Chance as last and final mercy chance to the students of C-00 , C-05 & ER- 91 Schemes for the batches mentioned in the statement at para 1 above for enabling them to complete their backlog subjects. The Chairman, State Board of Technical Education and Training and Commissioner of Technical Education, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly.
