O R D E R :

 Government hereby constitute the Group of Ministers with the following Ministers to review

the existing system of Contractual Employment:-

1. Hon’ble Minister for Finance, Planning, Commercial Taxes & Legislative Affairs

2. Hon’ble Minister for Human Resources Development(Primary Education,

 Secondary Education, Higher and Tech. Education).

3. Hon’ble Minister for Health and Medical Education

4. Hon’ble Minister for Information & Public Relations, Information Technology &

Communications, Non-Resident Indian- Empowerment & Relations, Telugu Language

& Culture, Minority Welfare & Empowerment.

2 . The Principal Secretary to Government (R&E), Finance Department shall be the Convenor

of the above Group of Ministers.

3. The terms of reference of the Group of Ministers are as follows:

a) To study contractual employment system prevalent in Government of Andhra Pradesh

 at present and make recommendations regarding the changes to be brought out for

 administrative efficiency.

b) To make recommendations regarding the sectors which are suitable for contractual

 employment and compensation structure.

c) To recommend legal and statutory framework for contractual employees.

4. The Group of Ministers shall submit the recommendations within a month.
