In the circumstances reported by the Chairman & Managing Director, APSPDCL in his letter 2nd read above and in suppression of the orders issued in the reference 1st
read above, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby, order the following share holding pattern in APSPDCL, Tirupati.

2. The Chairman & Managing Director, APSPDCL shall take further necessary action in the matter.
