2) From the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad Letter No.A-3(3)17/2014, dated 29.01.2014 & dated.17.07.2014.

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord permission to Sri A. Srinivasa Sastri, Supdt, O/o. the Commissioner & director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad to go to abroad i.e., Republic of Maldives for employment purpose for a period of 3 years with effect from 01.02.2014 FN, by sanctioning 3 years Extra Ordinary Leave (EOL), in terms of G.O. first read above, subject to fulfill all the conditions as stipulated in the G.O. first read above.
2. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter.
3. This order does not requires the concurrence of Finance Department in terms of orders issued in the reference second read above.
