ORDER:
The following Notification will be published in an extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
                           NOTIFICATION:

In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 8 of the Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Admissions into Under Graduate Law LLB/BL (3/5 Years) Course through Common Entrance Test Rules, 2006 issued in the reference 1st read above, read with sub rule (V) of Rule 4 of the Andhra
Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee for Professional courses offered in Private Un-aided (Minority/Non Minority) Professional Institutions
Rules, 2006 issued in the G.O. 2nd read above, and in pursuance of the resolution of the Committee (AFRC) dated. 29.05.2014, received in the reference 7th read above, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby notify the Fee structure for Under Graduate Law LLB/BL (3/5 Years) courses in Private Unaided Professional Colleges in the State of Andhra  Pradesh for the academic years 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17, as indicated in the Annexure to this order. The uniform fee college-wise for three years for LLB/BL, 3 years & 5 years courses is shown in the annexure appended to this
Notification. 

2. The following Special Fees for the academic years 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 is fixed for U.G. Law LLB/BL (3/5 Years) courses:-
(i) Rs.1,000/- as one-time payment per student at the time of
admission towards Admission / Registration / Recognition fees and half of such amount of Rs.1,000/- so collected shall be remitted by the Institutions to the concerned University.
(ii) Rs.1,000/- per annum per student during the 2 years Course towards “students related special services” as detailed below and the said amount shall be retained by the Institutions:-

(iii) Rs.500/- towards Library deposit by way of refundable caution deposit at the time of admission only as one-time payment.
3. The Government also issues the following directions to all the Private unaided (Minority/Non Minority) law colleges imparting 3/5 year LLB/BL courses.
i. The Institutions shall not charge any capitation fee or any
amount unauthorisedly or illegally under any other head or guise (e.g., donation etc.), either directly or indirectly, other than the fee fixed by the Committee, as collection of any such
unauthorized amounts would amount to charging of Capitation Fee, and that the surplus (profit) that is generated from the collection of the Fee must be for the benefit of the Institution, and cannot be diverted for other purposes or for personal gain.
ii. The Institutions are informed that the fixation of the Fee
Structure by the Committee will not by itself enable or permit
the managements to run the relevant courses in their
institutions, if they are otherwise not duly recognized and
permitted by the Government or BCI/UGC/Concerned University / Government Department at any relevant time.
iii. The enhanced fee now ordered is in respect of the institutions whose proposals have been evaluated based on the details /figures furnished by them to Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee and subject to further physical verification. If it is found that the data given by the institution is not correct, the Fee shall be subject to change at a later date and this fact shall be informed to the University or Competent Authority concerned for taking necessary action in accordance with law.

iv. The institutions for which tuition fee is not fixed shall not be entitled to collect any tuition fee during the academic years from 2014-15 to 2016-17.
